The Queendom Presents: LaDawn Frasier (Khetnu Nefer)


LaDawn Frasier (Khetnu Nefer), LMT, CKYT, CHHP is a native of John’s Island, SC and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. Two years ago, she received her diploma to become a certified Holistic Health Practitioner as well as a Certified Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) Yoga teacher. In Feb. 2011, she opened A Soulful Touch Wellness, LLC her mobile holistic health practice. A Soulful Touch Wellness is not a medical clinic, and LaDawn does not treat or diagnose medical conditions. Instead, she provides educational services to assist her clients in understanding the alternative treatments that exist to assist her clients achieve a healthy and vibrant life.

LaDawn specializes in Integrative Therapeutic Massage. This includes deeply focusing in on a problem area like the neck and shoulders while addressing whole body stress relief. Her main interest is the well-being of her clients. She prides herself in aiding her clients achieve relaxation and stress reduction, as this allows their bodies to heal more readily. She also gives self-care suggestions related to her diverse background in holistic health.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner, LaDawn uses several modalities to include Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, and Chakra Clearing to improve and increase the quality of life for her clients. This provides them with a balance of mind, body and Spirit. She offers free holistic health consultations to prospective clients and then customizes a personalized and targeted action plan designed specifically for you, that may include recommended supplements from Nature's Sunshine, where she is a independent health consultant.

Through Kemetic Yoga Instruction, LaDawn introduces her clients to an ancient practice that gives them physical benefits like stronger muscles, better posture and improved flexibility.Kemetic yoga also increases energy levels, and has been known to aid people who suffer from asthma, arthritis and even substance abuse. LaDawn provides one -on- one kemetic yoga sessions as well as group instruction.

LaDawn received her massage therapy training at Miller-Mott Technical College in Charleston, SC and studied at Australasian College of Health Sciences in Portland, Oregon for her Holistic Health Studies. LaDawn recently added a certificate in Pre and Peri Natal Massage Therapy to skill set and is currently studying to become a Doula. Her doula studies will allow her to offer Prenatal, Labor and Post Partum support to women and their partners during this exciting life journey in their lives.

LaDawn recently launched her own aromatherapy product line called Empressive Scents. This line includes massage oils, aromatherapy inhalers and herbal bath teas to further aid clients in achieving a balanced life. In her free time, LaDawn performs African Dance, teaches Kemetic Yoga and enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
